• You must be the owner or a legally authorized representative of a licensed recruitment office.
• You are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You agree to keep your login credentials confidential and secure.

3. System Usage

• Copying, modifying, or reselling the system or any part of it is strictly prohibited.
• Using the system for illegal or fraudulent purposes is not allowed.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or degrade the system's performance is strictly forbidden.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed annually via secure payment gateways.
• Payments are non-refundable once the service is activated, except in cases of confirmed technical errors on our part.
• Your account may be suspended in case of payment delay.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the system (including interface, code, design, and content) are owned by the Mustaqdim Pro team. No part of the system may be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Errors resulting from incorrect data entry by you or your team.
• Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues beyond our control.
• Administrative or legal decisions made by your office based on data from the system.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of any changes.
